BARRY SHAW In 2005 Barry completed the circumnavigation of Britain in 80 days with Philip Clegg and Harry Whelan; crossed the Irish Sea between Wales, Ireland and the Isle of Man 8 times, and has the record of 75 miles in 13 hours 30 minutes around Anglesey. In 2007 he circumnavigated Corse. With Justine Curgenven he paddled around New Zealand South Island (2008) and Sardinia (2009). He teaches kayaking for Sea Kayaking UK and during both national and international symposia.
